What we stand for
We make every moment count – with solutions tailored to your specific needs.
Why vival.institute?
Holistic
We see organisations as an interplay of people, leadership, culture and structures. Sustainable development emerges where business success and people’s wellbeing are considered together – and where people are empowered to take responsibility and actively shape their working environment.
Connecting
We create connections between people, perspectives and interests. In doing so, we foster collaboration, trust and solutions that sustainably strengthen both the organisation and its people. Because development happens when people take shared responsibility.
Development-oriented
We believe in the potential of every person and every organisation. That is why we approach development as a partnership between equals – empowering people to build on their strengths, take responsibility and shape sustainable change through their own capabilities.
Effective
We develop solutions that make a tangible difference in everyday work. We combine scientific insights with extensive practical experience to create development that strengthens people and contributes to the sustainable success of organisations.
Practical
Every organisation is unique. That is why we develop solutions together with our clients – practical, feasible and designed to strengthen ownership and create lasting impact in everyday work.
Intercultural
We support companies in German, Italian and English. We combine an appreciation of cultural diversity with an understanding of regional characteristics, creating spaces where people can contribute different perspectives and grow together.
Manfred Andergassen
